Cool little store with a unique selection of gems, minerals, carvings, and most importantly gold nuggets! My wife got a cute little jade statue of a bear catching a salmon and I got a small gold nugget. Prices were great and Glory was super helpful - she even let me hold a weighty $20k gold nugget. Great spot.

My husband and I were in your awesome store and Glory helped us. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I was looking for a special piece of Alaska to take home. And we found it, the nugget is so gorgeous and the necklace she helped us pick is just as gorgeous and more! We love your store! My husband's parents love your store, my brother and S-I-L love your store. We'll look forward to seeing Glory on our next visit (in 2025?)

Bought my wife and mine wedding rings about 2 years when we're on a cruise stop in ketichkan. It was almost a year before we were married. Unfortunately my two stones came off from my very unique ring. Worse yet I was traveling and did not notice it immediately. Stones lost ! I contacted Poker Creek Gold and the owner Lincon contacted me immediately via phone. Apologized and said on rare occasion these things can happen. It indicated that my 5 year warranty would cover all the work. I sent it directly to the repair shop and received it back in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately they used lower quality stones (even though they had the original pics of the ring ). I contacted Lincon again and agreed with me and contacted the repair shop. He gave me the option of money back or an additional repair or a new ring that was basically identical to my original. I went with the new ring. All this with no cost to me. Lincon always called be right away and explained my options. There was no avoidance of the issue, no attempts to get to take an inferior product. Can't say enough about awesome customer service and value for my dollar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
