I've tried 3 times to get a star ID drivers license. The lines are long, they only have 1 person working. It took the women 25 minutes just to process 2 people. I finally made it to sixth in line at 11:00 am. We were told they cannot process anyone until they reopened at 1:00pm. To 3:00pm. Needless to say everyone had to leave at 11:00. This place is a joke. They want you to get a star ID to travel, but they won't hire any extra competent help to get people in and out. Whoever is in charge of the courthouse should be replaced

Great as always! Had to get a tag for a new car. In and out under 8 minutes at 3pm. Sometimes there is a line but everyone is always super friendly and there is never any bad attitudes like most other court house employees.

Takes hours just for a road test. Been here for an hour and a half since they sent me to sit and wait in my car for an instructor to come out to take the test. No one has came out nor has said anything. No one else is in line for the road test so I know it's not for other people.

Horrible service. Every single time. No matter what I am doing — renew tag, renew drivers license. They are ALWAYS argumentative when you are asking questions to understand. I don’t work for the DMV. I don’t know rule changes. You shouldn’t get an attitude when questions are asked. Treat people with human kindness and understanding. I hate coming to this courthouse!!! Lived in st Clair county almost 20 years and it has always been like this.

Went there in early 2023 and got my confidence completely shattered. Never once did she tell me what I did wrong. Just kept saying "mm mm that's not good". Got out of the car and just said to practice. Practice what? I have not and will not go back here for that.

Edit: A month later I got my license at a different place and haven't had a ticket since. Also heard she was fired about 6 months later.
