They have small scale models so you can figure out your own sofa configuration. Staff is very friendly but not overbearing. Their our floor samples of each product type

Buying this couch has been a nightmare experience. Company has no checks and balances. Every team member ( although very courteous) has a different answer and way of doing it. They make it seem like exchange in your time frame is so easy and it's not! I say this sitting on the floor because my replacements are on back order.

Derrick was amazing!!! He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. We had some questions about design and he was great at sharing options. He was incredibly patient when our credit card didn’t go through. What felt like a very frustrating circumstance was diffused with his kind demeanor until our bank cleared everything. We highly recommend him and consider our experience an excellent one because of him.

Rhiannon, the sales representative, was extremely nice, easy to work with and didn’t pressure us or up sale us on any of the Lovesac products. She was completely transparent about pricing, durability of materials, as well as provided personal insight about the Lovesac products. She was very patient while we decided what type of couch we wanted and built a quote for us as we added and removed items. The entire process of buying our first Lovesac couch has been the best furniture buying experience we’ve ever had.

We enjoyed our experience at Lovesac Birmingham. Derek & Ashley were great and has even helped us exchange 2 sides for the Stealth Tech sides with the Satellite speakers. My wife enjoys it so much the Super Sac is the only thing more comfortable. We are already looking to add other pieces. The whole process has been great.

We've had nothing but great experiences in this Lovesac location. We drive all the way from Pensacola to buy our furniture here. Amber and Misha were both wonderful to work with, friendly, courteous and answered all of our questions. We originally bought a floor model couch a couple years ago and had a great experience with that purchase. We went back a few weeks ago and added some new pieces to our couch along with all new covers and the Stealth Tech system. Another great experience with our products and the service.

I went with my mom to pick out a lovesac living room piece today. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Derek and Tim. They were so helpful and patient with us as we switched between multiple colors of fabric we wanted. There are so many to choose from and it's a big decision. Seriously though thank you Derek and Tim. Y'all provided amazing customer service!

Customer service in the store was great. Very informative staff and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. When delivery day came, that was totally different. FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Luckily we were home and looked at the delivery notifications. By the time I found the FedEx driver, he had unloaded over half the boxes. I confirmed the name and address that was clearly identified on each box. The driver remained in the truck, stated he was happy I stopped him before unloading the remaining boxes and gestured for me to start handing him boxes. Once I loaded everything he unloaded he followed me to my house where he then again, stayed on the truck and pushed everything to the back of the truck for me to unload. It was a team effort that went without apology by the FedEx driver. Thanks FedEx for letting me do your job. The 5 ⭐️ are for Lovesac. For FedEx .
