I absolutely love shopping at Factory Connection in Athens, al. Great prices and lots of cute clothes, purses and shoes! The young lady that works there is so friendly and helpful! I'm still shopping here and the same sweet young lady, Miranda, still works here. ALL my clothes come from Factory Connection!!

I absolutely love this store, I can always find something really nice that fits my style and body type. Which can be difficult sometimes because I am a bigger girl. Plus the staff is always very friendly and helpful

11:30a My sister and I were out shopping and decided to go into one of our favorite stores (Factory Connection in Athens,AL). Upon entering the store I went straight to the items I wanted and I noticed that other than us it was only one other person which was the employee. After picking up the clothing the door comes open and her mouth did also (employee). She was very polite and greeted the customer exemplifying great customer service. I look up to see who it was and at this time my sister came over and asked did you hear that I said yes I did, meaning that she never parted her lips to greet us so we decided to take our money elsewhere and upon leaving she walked past us as if she was a customer never said anything to us. ITI said thank you asDas we left.MUST STOP! Yes, I'm in customer service also and I greet everyone the same. As a Black woman I was offended by her actions. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO RESPECT all colors not just WHITE AMD GREEN!
