This place have come a long long way. I was greeted from the staff and my first word was, WOW! The lady asked me was something wrong and I replied no it's just so neat and clean. I couldn't believe my eyes and the accessories that they have are very nice. I was not overwhelmed or stepping over merchandise nor did I have to squeeze by merchandise. When I was looking around to see what they had outside of hair products, I found a very nice purse to match my boots/belt. The accessories that they have now are really JAZZY!

Great store that's been here for decades. However, be weary of braiding hair now especially the Expression kind. This brand is being mixed with fibers that makes it nearly impossible to dip in hot water; therefore, resulting in tangled mess at the ends. Buy a pack & test it before you spend hours and money getting your hair braided. This brand is not cheap and unacceptable that it has diminished in quality over the years. Better yet have your stylist/braider use their own trusted brand.

Only reason they the best in town is because they don't have any competition...other than that blah! If u buy something you better make sure it's really what you need because "all of a sudden" they don't do exchanges. I don't know about anyone else but I don't like shopping at places where I'm gambling my money praying the product is what it is! Ijs

Store is not clustered with items all over the floor. They carry most of the products used in this area. Store very clean and organized. Friendly customer service.

I live in Arizona, and I was in town visiting family. I wanted to stock on hair, I was gonna purchase $100.00 worth of hair. Went to pay and the cashier advised me she could not accept my visa credit card because I didn't have a Arkansas, Mississippi or Tennessee drivers license. I'm very dissappointed and can not believe this business would not accept a major credit card. People travel all over the world with credit cards. And yes I have cash, but I wanted to keep my cash. Really sad.
