First, the prices have been rising and are ridiculous. They’re getting their products free. Secondly, I know they’re getting mountains of donations and this store in particular hardly has anything worth looking at and a lot of their shelves are empty.
The clothes are raggedy and definitely not worth the price they’re charging.
Thirdly, they have 1 (very nice) person at the register while there’s a line 10 deep and I see other workers (at least 4 or5) in the store not doing much. It’s sad and if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the closest thrift store by me, I wouldn’t go and I definitely wouldn’t donate. What are they doing with the trucks of donations?! They’re absolutely not going into this store.
Please note: This is my first bad review. I don’t do bad reviews. I normally just don’t go back to a place I’m unhappy with. I got tired of this place. Goodwill needs to do better.

Today, i got disappointed with my purchase on this location. ‘Cause I told the cashier honestly that the tag was $5.99 when i saw the shirt was hanged. But cashier went inside and she came back and that price for item went up, from $5.99 to $11.99. I don’t know!
I just feel that whatever really good condition items they have in store, esp. top brand items, they want to overcharge it.
C’mmon Goodwill it’s free, coming from community. You help community, then community helps you. Hope you get better.

Great experience in Missouri City great clothes and other options. Also, the nice woman who checked was just the sweetest. Will definitely be returning

Visited on Wednesday October 30, 24. Staff was really polite. I went in for a specific item. Actually found it. Store was orderly.
