I never leave here empty handed, it’s always a great selection of basics, brands, and statement pieces, and they have fitting rooms so you can actually try on jeans etc. their return policy is 7-days for store credit and honestly store credit may as well be cash to me because I know I’ll buy something again soon! I’d say I’ve spent $400 here in the last 6 months on coats, blazers, shoes, sweaters, etc

They have a long waiting period to sell clothes, and they are also very specific on what they’re wanting to buy from you (popular labels, year round styles, certain colors)….I was trying to sell summer items i no longer wear and they rejected everything.

Bougie place, service is great and selection is also good. Was there only for a few minutes. If you are trying to sell your items, they have to be brand names, and they are very selective, so do your research before going.

This place this is top notch, huge selection, great finds superb pricing and they do actually buy used clothing if it's the right stuff. The staff is awesome here really nice people very friendly and animal friendly I really appreciate them.

My first visit was in March (2024) and I was VERY impressed with not only the service but the organization, the cleanliness and the selection. I am back now ( visiting from Canada) for a couple of months And this was the first place I wanted to be sure I Stopped to shop at.
I was not disappointed. I found a few items that I couldn’t leave without. And again, I was impressed with the friendliness of the service, the selection, and I have to comment again on the organization and the cleanliness of the store. I’m very very happy with the things I found, and I will be going in to visit a few more times before I leave in September.
You should be very proud of your business.
I got the dress in this picture for nine dollars today! And the three-quarter length cozy sweater for under 20. So happy with what I found! Thank you!

Great selection, more upscale? Found lots of designer. Everything priced oddly... felt like everything was $20 no matter the item LOL. So a steal for certain things (eg found a wool Rag & Bone skirt) but not worth for others.

Great location right off of Muni (Church St.) and close to Castro station.
