I recently opened a new storage account online with the promotion of “first payment free,” assuming that meant the first month was free. After having the unit for just a week, I went to store some items and found a red lock on it. When I inquired, I was informed that payment is due at the first of the month and that the lock was placed for security reasons because I had not yet put my own lock on the unit.

I called customer service and was told the lock could not be removed until the next day because it was after hours. When I returned two days later, the lock was still there. Since it was the weekend, no one was available to assist me. By the time I was able to go back on February 2nd, my gate code no longer worked because I hadn’t made a payment yet.

Since I work during the day, I can only access my storage unit after hours, but I have been unable to receive assistance during those times. Even after making my payment online, my gate code still did not work. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, as I have been unable to use the storage unit I signed up for.

I would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that my unit remains accessible moving forward. Please let me know how this can be addressed as soon as possible.

Quick and super easy! They were super helpful over the phone. The only complaint is I set up my contract online and was told I get a free month and would only have to pay for $13 for the month of January. I went in person to sign my papers but they charged me $118.

Conway U Storage was exactly what we needed for keeping our college student's belongings safe over the summer versus hauling everything home. Staff was polite and very easy to work with. Absolutely love Conway Ustorage! I called needing a storage unit until my house was ready and was into a unit very quickly with ease. This has been the best experience as I was having a tough time. I highly recommend using them. Great staff and they are there to help make sure you have everything you need.
