I only go to Goodwill on Sundays because of "Two-Color Sale Day." I USED to love Goodwill, but recent changes in policies and prices have had a negative impact. No dressing rooms, prices up overall, and more "boutique" items with prices far higher than regular prices are noticeable and unappreciated.

Basically, Goodwill is telling shoppers that the store has decided all its customers are thieves by eliminating dressing rooms and raising prices. Plus, you have two weeks to return an item WITH a receipt for "store credit." Shoppers should have a choice of getting their money back if they produce a receipt.

I have never left a review for any business. I dropped some donations off today and came in just to take a look around. I worked for a goodwill in college. This store, by far, has the most egregious prices. Donated goods at prices poor people can not afford. There is no name brand clothing that is not marked up. Anything of value is the equivalent of buying on Facebook marketplace. Higher end goods are sent away and auctioned online. While paying their workers less than Chick Fil A they tote on about helping those in need through their overhead speakers. I can’t imagine being given free goods and raising your prices to this level. If I were in college again I simply couldn’t afford to buy a stained end table from this store. I find it sad and corrupt. I will never donate here again. At least Salvation Army puts out quality donations at reasonable prices. Do better.

One of the nicest Goodwill stores I've ever been to. It was recently remodeled and expanded so it has a large, fresh interior and it was filled to the brim with items. Prices were good and they were even having sales on certain items. Only complaint is how slow checkout was but it was pretty busy.
