I visited with several generator vendors before deciding on Generator Supercenter, and I definitely made the right decision when I chose them. I knew my exact cost from the beginning, no surprises or unexpected charges. I had issues with my natural gas supplier which complicated the installation, but Generator Supercenter worked with me and the gas company to get the installation done. I had done my research and felt like I had found the BEST company to purchase my whole house generator from. I didn't realize that I had also found the BEST customer service in Northwest Arkansas! Her name is Teanna Gunneman and she is the Install Coordinator. She is very friendly and an excellent communicator!! She was always keeping me informed of every step of the process and explained anything that I didn't understand. Tenna made this a wonderful and very positive experience!!!

I am very pleased with the generator monitoring service provided to me by Generator Supercenter of Northwest Arkansas. The service technician , Colton, always does a very thorough job on his annual maintenance servicing. He's a pleasure to work with. Additionally, Juan (the office manager) and Hannah (office staff) are always to the point and very helpful when I call!

Very pleased with the employees that were out to do their part to ensure that I had a product that would work when needed. Overview given as to what the employees would be doing upon arrival. Whenever I had questions for them, they were able to give me the answers. Once they were completed with their task, they would review with me information that I needed to know regarding my generator. Recently had a Generac 26kw standby generator installed at my home and really appreciate the service provided by Generator Supercenter. When considering which generator to install between Generac, Koehler, and Briggs and Stratton, the only place to return my call was Generator Supercenter. The sales advisor was pleasant and professional, did a home visit and explained to me my options. We did initially have some installations problems, first with local generator supply, then an unfortunate same day cancellation by the contracted electrician on the second attempt at installation, but the staff at Generator Supercenter were helpful and accommodating. As the generator was finally being installed, the electrician noted a critical problem with electrical arcing in my meter box and in my circuit breaker box (was a huge fire hazard!), so installation required 2 days, but again, staff at Generator Superstore was kind and professional calling to check on my family. Finally, the technician from Generator Superstore came out to orient me to the generator, test it and hook up the Mobile link so I could monitor the generator on my phone. Even though I had multiple unexpected events with the installation (I am very happy they found and corrected the arcing and melting of my circuit breakers), the folks at Generator Superstore were professional, helpful and accommodating. I was so pleased with them that I have signed up for their generator maintenance program. Don’t bother with other generator suppliers/installers - they probably won’t even call you back. Stick with the professionals!

The process of purchasing a whole home generator from Generator Supercenter has been a pleasant experience. It started with the sales man who came to our home. Mike B explained the total process with patience answering all my questions but with no pressure. Once we made our decision and the contract was signed we were contacted to set appointments for each step of the installation. Last we had a go live appointment to be shown how it worked and went live. What timing. It was one week before the tornado. Our generator worked as planned during the 2 day power outage. During that outage I had some questions. I was able to call the 24 hour phone line on Sunday, leave a message and quickly received both a call and a text to answer my questions. I recommend Generator Supercenter, and would use them again if needed.
