Absolutely will always use Parker and sons every time! Not only are they out to help us with any needs, they have same day and next day service for anything we need. Gerardo (Gerry) is one of their technicians and the best in the business. Extremely professional and quick with his work. Immaculate job and cleans up every single piece of trash, equipment, and dust. He always goes over everything we’ll need to know and does superb quality work. What a great company!

Fantastic service.
I only gave four stars because when you make the appointment the reservationist will not give you a quote. Try as you might, you won’t get a quote until the technician shows up. I was surprised that replacing a garbage disposal cost $315.00!?

However, Josiah, the technician was amazing. On time, efficient, well spoken, and kind. He is an excellent addition to Parker & Sons

I'm not giving my technician 2 stars I actually felt bad for him. I was quoted $675 to do a fairly simple job. I’m giving Parker & Sons 2 stars. I needed to replace a galvanized pipe
that fed the outdoor faucet and and swimming pool top off water.

My main concern was the galvanized pipe coming out of the wall. It was corroded and leaking along with a galvanized tee fitting.

It took the tech less than a half an hour to disassemble. Once I knew the feed line from the house was good I told the tech I would finish the rest. I was still charged $343.00 for labor and I purchased the parts I needed from the tech for $30.00 and another $20.00 from the hardware store.
So I was charged $343.00 as a flat rate for a half hours worth of work! Absolutely ridiculous! I finished the rest of the job in less than an hour. If I would have had them complete the job it would have cost $675.00.

This is absolutely customer gouging!

These guys are not your average Joe for sure!
I guess they don’t have many customers that know anything.

I ran a large manufacturing company for many years so knew this wasn’t a difficult job.

Alec with Parker & Sons came out for an estimate on electrical install for a chandelier and ceiling light. I agreed for the install and he did a fabulous job. Very careful and meticulous as if he was working on his own house.. He was both kind and informative. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend. I’ll be calling him again for other electrical needs.

I’ve been here in Tucson now six years. I was always amazed how much dust there is in my house. I would use a Merv 11 filter and it still would not really take care of it. I had Parker and sons come over to clean my ductwork because my ducts were not really accessible they couldn’t help me there. They didn’t feel and looking just down on the grill that the duct were dirty. when I explain to him the reasoning For the cleaning, he suggested an electronic filter and I have to say in just a couple of weeks it seems to have cleared all the dust out of the ducts and everything is great. I will add a photo of this product and trust me, Parker and sons is not asking me to do this. I just think it’s a fabulous product.
