Well your butterball bulled out of the yard about 10 after 9 this morning across the right lane into the left lane because he probably didn't see my car beside the service truck pulling that trailer. Ofcourse being a retired O/O I plan on watching out for everyone when I get behind the wheel (It helps when my job was to train truck driver's to save lives OTR) Yes I did my breaking pulled to the right lane behind the service truck with trailer then we both passed in the right lane and I returned safely to the left lane. I gave you no indication of anything at the time as not to cause any trouble. Be Careful 🙏

Excellent service and turnaround. I was able to order 14 tons of rock and have it delivered within a few hours. Ted, the delivery driver, was extremely respectful and helpful during the delivery. Honestly, other delivery drivers/companies have not provided such a good experience in the past. Thanks to Ted and his team for a great experience!

Got my order 1 day early, very nice driver, but instead of delivering yuma grey 3/4 inch they dumped 1inch white rose. I called to let them know their mistake and was told that is what I ordered and he said people don't go out into their driveway and look at their rock. Seriously !!! I Guess I shouldn't have been surprised when the driver had to call to see where I was cause he also had the wrong address and wrong street on his paperwork. I guess I should have went out to look at my mailbox too before I ordered to see what my address was. 2 stars is for the nice driver.

Came in looking for some material to level and compact my bare areas to make a path. They had all the materials I needed at a very fair price including delivery to my house. Very nice people and always answered my questions and emails. I'll be coming back here for all my yard needs.

I bought gravel to fill my entire back yard the driver was very nice and courteous he did hit my wooden fence and it broke. It technically says on the receipt you sign that they are not liable for any damages done inside the property line. However, when I contacted the company I talked to Mitch. I was very polite and did not get angry with him he was also polite as well. He came to look at it and had a fence guy come out the same day to see it. The next day the fencing company came and it was fixed before I was even home from work. The price of their gravel is also very reasonable. All in all a good company.

Bought some landscaping rock for our backyard and it was much more affordable than we anticipated. They walked us around the lot to look at the different colors and sizes and told them how many feet we estimated and they told us how many tons we would need. The rock was delivered that day and our yard looks great!!

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Purchased two pallets of pavers. Ended up needing more of one size. Company refused to sell them to me and said I needed to change my pattern! I talked to a different company and said they would gladly sell me the right bricks, so I very neatly re stacked ALL of the pavers on pallets and returned them to Valley sand and gravel. They then tried to tell me that would return the money for the bricks but would not refund the sales tax!!!! After unloading and reloading two entire pallets of brick onto my truck my back was sore, so I had to send my wife in to return them, and they YELLED AT MY WIFE publicly in the store for telling them that they needed to refund the sales tax!

UNBELIEVABLE. Worst business experience EVER.
