The hike to the Sacred Seven Pools via Soldiers Pass was easy and as expected scenic. There was enough variety in the trail that makes it a not boring hike plus it was such a beautiful day out when we did this. I think total, the hike is 2 miles with some elevation gains along the way .

Something to remember is that the shuttle to the trailhead does not run that frequently, when we were there we were told it might take 40mins for the next shuttle.

So we walked to the trailhead instead ( it took us ~40mins to walk from where we parked our car / waited for the shuttle to the trailhead) and hitched a ride with another group who called Ms. Debbie on our way back.

What a great family hike! Be prepared to park a ways away from trail head. There is a shuttle but it is a bit unreliable. Get there early

Wenn man den soldier pass trail wählt, geht es relativ einfach voran mit nur wenigen kleinen Anstiegen. Wer nicht aufpasst läuft an den polls einfach vorbei. Wir haben dort auf dem Rückweg eine Pause eingelegt. Ein Traum. Viel Spaß beim wandern.

We hiked around the rock formation. It took 2.5 hours. The Seven Sacred Pools was cool even though it was crowded when we arrived at 9am.

Really short hike, the pools have water in them today. Good for kids. The parking is weird, we got there early and there was a lady giving rides from the satellite parking a mile down the road for donations. She talks a lot. Was way too much energy that early in the morning for us.

Beautiful hike. We went with our three kids(9-3) and the did great. There wasn't a ton of water at the time, but it was beautiful. We did get there SUPER early, because the parki g is VERY limited.

You won’t find “Seven Sacred Pools” listed or shown anywhere on the map. You can find them on the far side of the 1/2 mile loop trail. I’d highly recommend doing this trail, getting some nice photos before heading up the big long trail up the hill to see the bamboo forest and waterfall.
