Poor service and promises--
1. Laptop bought a week was not charging, called them to help. They promised to call back but the call never came
2. During Diwali purchase, a mouse was won by me under a Lucky draw scheme which is not delivered even after a month. Well, a 1k mouse is not material while spending 85k for laptop but Its a reflection of their commitment towards customer
3. The laptop frequently hangs while running ODIN application

Never buy or trust these people here. I had ordered a laptop and wanted to get it delivered immediately and also gave a pre book amount for it. The delivery kept on getting delayed a day after other for 3 days whereas it was promised to be delivered in a day. When i asked for the refund of the pre booked amount they started giving me threats and told me do whatever or go to cops or whatsoever but they wont return the money.
Never recommend anyone to buy anything from here ever.
Attached the proof of pre book amount, over a year has passed but still they did not return the money
