Absolutely terrible service at one plus service centre Took my phone in for a simple screen repair, and after weeks of waiting unrelated issue . Staff were unhelpful, (kajal)..gave vague timelines, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my problem. Avoid this place at all costs - the worst phone service experience I've ever had
Poor communication rude staff who don't clearly explain the issue, repair process, or costs.
center tried to charge you for repairs that weren't needed or were not.....

CAUTION!
Please don't waste your time, energy, fuel & peace of mind. Do not visit !! this service centre I repeat do not visit this service centre. They seem to be helpful but they are really cunning and deceitful, they act like they are trying to help you. But the reality is they just want you out of the store by hook or crook. Initially I was promised an upgrade and then they skillfully denied it. Especially the manager (Swati) , The staff is cold and full of themselves act like they are solving a global crisis. They acted like they were running the whole "One plus" company from "seasons mall"

I wasted 7 hours , I am writing this review so that you guys don't have to go through the same trouble

My OnePlus 7 Pro, purchased in 2019, developed a dead pixel on the screen. Due to the pandemic, I couldn’t avail warranty or service at the time. I had also bought an extended one-year warranty, but the phone eventually developed green lines as well. Recently, OnePlus rolled out a policy offering free repairs for old phones with green line issues on screens, so I visited the service center. However, they denied repair for the green lines, citing issues like dead pixels and a broken screen. This experience has completely shattered my trust in OnePlus and their brand promises. I’ve purchased four OnePlus phones in the past, but after this, I’ll be looking elsewhere. Thanks for the final blow to my loyalty.

Very pathetic service centre closed on 7.30 pm sharp, not entertaining inside store customers too all staff are shutting down store and going to home, on Sunday customers pick period all staff is very rude and not entertaining anyone.. not happy this time 👎🏻👎🏻

I visited with my phone which was not powering on without diagnose one guy told me it's having motherboard issue I said okay I was leaving from there later same guy was asking to me if I want sell my phone in same condition in 4 k . Later I thought I should check from outside once and miracles happen after spending 800 rs out side my device got started and working fine as of now and I am getting 4×money that guy offered me.
My question is what was wrong to diagnose and why the service guy offered me to sell my device to him. I will never recommended this service centre again.
