I have charger issue. Charger submitted to service Centre for repairs, but no progress since last 2 days. My Ather scooter is lying static for want of charge. Service Centre even doesn't have courtesy to inform about delays and asks customer to keep on enquiring. May be I made a mistake by purchasing Ather Scooter. As there is service issue ar Nagpur

My self Mangesh Mandape. I regularly service in aryodaya. For last few days my vehicle is not giving proper range. I visited there and sushil service manager processed completely and replaced my battery under warranty in just 24 hours. Superb service.

Aarodaya service center has very good servicing. The staff here is very excellent, they will always talk to you in a pleasant manner, especially Sushil sir & Rahul Sir, despite the huge crowd of customers, he solves their doubts very calmly. Special thanks to Mr.Sushil and Rahul Sir, and the Technician Mr.Abhishek.. I was facing battery drain and range issues in my Ather 450x...And because of prompt support of mentioned people,my scooter battery replaced successfully. The staff is nice and good... Happy with the service.

My Ather is about 1 year old. Today she net minor collision /accident.front handle seems not aligned and fee broken parts. I tried to get it fixed for that I am calling Ather service in nagpur since 12 pm. Only call centre replies but no call back from nagpur Somalian service station.
Pathetic experience. I simply feel cheated by buying such expensive vehicle and not getting support. When I asked to escalate issue they simply denied.
If such attitude continues then will be forced to give negative feedbacks about product.
App is not working and cannot book service slot
