He gave us a competitive quote on a Friday and began the work the following Sunday.

Light Up Electric LLC was great! I had just purchased my 2022 Model 3 and needed to install a wall connector. I had received a few quotes. John was referred to me by a neighbor, so I was able to see his work and gather feedback from a previous client I knew. John's quote was by far the lowest price and his quote was detailed and easy to read. So, I knew exactly what he was proposing to do. Some of his competitors, even though higher priced, were quoting materials that wouldn't have even met code for my install. My situation has my control panel roughly 90' from the nearest point in my garage. It was a lot of dirty, sweaty work in my attic to run the conduit and wire. John was able to complete the job he had quoted in a timely manner and make all the exposed connections look tidy and professional.

At the beginning of December 2024, we experienced an inconvenience with our electricity at our house. My husband and I decided to call around to see if someone could come to our home and check to see what the issue could possibly be. So when we called Light Up Electric we left a voicemail and looked forward to a call back. We got a call back from John. He was able to come to our house on a Saturday, same day that we called, and he was very specific, honest, and respectful. He recommended that we call around to see if anyone else could give us an estimate, but other companies either never answered or was not not able to come the same day. We were quite worried about our situation, but after talking it over we knew that we wanted John at Light Up Electric to work on our house. We very much appreciated his customer service, communication, and time frame that the work was done.
