These people suck and aren’t honest. I took my Jeep here to get an oil change and they wrecked my vehicle. The oil filter cooler housing was dented due to a faulty oil filter (with a bent ridge) being forced into place. Which allowed only that oil filter to be able to be flush and not leak. Any other filter wouldn't fit because correct filters aren't bent. They did this to my vehicle and then didn’t even own up to it and it resulted in over $400 of fixes. Would not recommend them and would never go back.

Never going here again 1 and half hours just to get an oil change, and none of the employees had a sense of urgency just going all over the shop .
3 employees having a casual talk while the customer in front of has not been taken care of.

They always do everything right. I do not have to worry or check after them. super nice staff at all locations. Cost is kind of expensive, but seems to be money well spent.

Been going to valvoline for a while now and they are efficient and not pushy with the sales stuff over an oil change. Sometimes it is easier and price comparable to doing it yourself. This was a fun bunch of characters at this location and the drive thru service is much appreciated!

I usually come here because normally they’re pretty quick. Even on the weekends. But today was a 3 hour wait. Overall it took me about 45 minutes to have my oil change completed from check in to leaving the bay. I arrived at 2pm and finished after 5pm. Other vehicles that arrived up to an hour after me, got in to the bay sooner than I did, and finished before I did.

Horrible experience. They stripped the bolt while doing an oil change and did not let me know about it. Instead, they wrapped a wire around the bolt and shoved it into the pan without me knowing. I went in and confronted them and they did not own up to anything and blamed it on “wear and tear”. Disgusting behavior and dangerous to do to a customer. They are not honest and will cover up their mistakes to rule them off of taking responsibility. BEWARE OF DAMAGES TO YOUR CAR. I asked for a full printed report of my visits to this location and was told that their printer was "broken", but provided a printed paper when my brother went back to talk to them 5 minutes after. No integrity.
