Great store. My husband and I have recently moved and needed some new furniture. We came here because of other positive reviews, and we weren't disappointed. Beautiful furniture. We got a very nice dining room table and chairs! But great as their furniture was, the customer service was even better. Without going into personal detail, we are both disabled, and frequently get treated differently as a result. Kristen and her colleague (whose name we didn't get) took our disability completely in stride. They treated us with the same respect and dignity as any able-bodied person, and believe me, that's appreciated! Highly recommend this place and these employees!

Hands down the best furniture store in Tucson! They have beautiful furniture and accessories at both of their locations. We purchased a sectional sofa at the Prince location and received delivery in 2 days! I will NEVER shop at Ashley furniture again as I had a terrible experience with them and have been waiting for a sofa delivery for 6 months! I now feel blessed for that situation as I would not have found the most comfortable and beautiful sofa from Latitudes! The Staff in both locations are some of the nicest we have encountered in Tucson! I will definitely return to find more beautiful pieces for my home!

This furniture store has a wide selection of unique pieces that you do not see every day. Their prices are also very fair compared to all of the other very common furniture stores you see everywhere else. I highly recommend a visit here and also take a look at their florals which are also unique.

Excellent customer service, excellent custom furniture. The furniture is more expensive than your common furniture store BUT is NOT your every day furniture store. We bought multiple items and love them. Check Latitudes out, they have great furniture.

I love Latitudes! I moved to Tucson about 6 months ago and found Latitudes as one of the only locally owned furniture stores in the area. I didn't want cookie cutter furniture from big box stores! Latitudes has eclectic pieces at very reasonable prices. They always have new items on the floor, so that keeps me going back to find more treasures. The sideboard in my pictures is from Latitudes, as well as the giraffe. I'm a fan, I recommend!

I have to say they have beautiful things and I own 3 of their pieces. However, I special ordered a couch close to $6000. It was on their floor and I expressly told them I wanted a new one. Not the floor model. I put half down and they told me it would take 8 to 10 weeks. 4 weeks later I got a call saying the couch they put aside for me was ready to be delivered. The woman who called was confused because there was a balance owed and they never put things aside unless paid in full. I told her I follow them on Instagram and noticed the couch was gone from the front if the store within days that they “special ordered” this off white couch. She called me back a few minutes later and said my name was on the wrong slip. To make a very long story short, I got 4 different stories from the owners and employees. Didn’t make me quite believe them. I went to see the couch today and my misunderstanding, I was supposed to call first so couldn’t see it. I let the wife know I was upset because of all the stories and felt lied to. The husband just called, pissed that I “disrespected” his wife and business and refunded me the money. He won’t sell me the couch. And all I can say is, Thank God! What happened to truthful people? Be careful buying there!!!

Love this place! Not the common furniture store. The sales ladies are very helpful, not pushy. I showed Lynn a pic of my livingroom, the colors and the fireplace. She made really helpful suggestions. I ended up buying a sofa and chair.
