I recently stayed at this place (1 week), and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortably accommodated three people along with my large dog. The apartment had a warm and welcoming vibe, making it easy to settle in.

One downside, however, smell of weed, which the folks smoked outside. If you're sensitive to smells or traveling with small children, this might be a concern. On the positive side, the hosts were very responsive—every time I emailed them, they got back to me quickly and were very helpful.

If you're looking for a pet-friendly place and don’t mind the odor, this place to stay is a great choice!

I stayed at the Sierra Vista location in July 2024. My room was on the bottom floor by the outdoor smoking area. There is a privacy screen on the window, but the blinds aren't nestled into the window frame, so I attached two bath towels to cover the gap. After dark, I didn't like the direct sight line from the benches to my bed. The walls are thin, so I heard everything outside and in adjoined rooms, but that is a structural flaw. At least it kept me from oversleeping!😄

My room was clean and had thoughtful add ons, like pump bottle hand soap, THICK paper towels, ice in the tray, and very soft linens. All the guests were very friendly when I had questions. I felt safe, and that counts for A LOT. -E

I was staying there on work buisness and planning on staying a good 7 months. Renting weekly. 1st week there i was given a small room with no couch. The room i reserved was listed with a couch that unfolds into an extra bed, something i had paid for. I Chose non smoking and yet the halls smelled like cigarettes. I called and asked if they can give me the right room i paid for... with in 1 hour i was given room 202... a very much better room. The following week I asked for the same room and was able to stay there again. Perfect. 3rd week i was told that room was un available and given room 201 they said it was the exact same thing.. once i went in 201 it was completly different very small. I called and asked if they can move me to something more like 202... the lady let me know all the rooms where the same and thats where the conflict started.. she began to argue and say all rooms are the same..appearantly she doesnt know what kind of rooms they have there.. after i told her i would go and ask the person in 202 to compare rooms to 201 it magically became available. I didnt care of payin extra i just needed a bigger room.. she told me that would be the last time she accomodates me...4th week i rented 305,very small...no problem i said, ill have this room for the week and check a different one the following week. After turning everything off and taking my things out i closed the door. 2 days later i reserve another room only to get a message later on sayin that i have been black listed for property damage.. to begin im very responsible and hold professional position i do not tolerate vandelism and find it very childish to damage property, i treat everything as my own. I believe this was retaliation for getting my room changed and being consistant on what i knew was correct while she argued and was in the wrong. I was black listed because i sopposedely destroyed the room. They gave no explaination on what was damaged. I asked to speak to a manager 3 times and they said theyll call me back, been waiting 2 weeks now no answer. They took my deposit and havent hear from them yet. Every time a call its the same story that my number will be forwarded to the manager.. been renting in other places and no problem from then on i started recording the rooms as i walk in and recording on my way out to have as proof of how i left the room..

The location was clean and entrance process was easy to understand. The apartment was clean and super cute and comfortable. It looked exactly like the pictures. If we’re ever in the area again and there’s an apartment available, we’re in there!! 🫶🏽😘

Entering the Lobby this appears to be a decent place. Buyer beware……. After doing all the steps to get my code to enter the room I went out to get my luggage and entered the side door to go check out the room. Soon as I entered near the elevators, there’s a heavy smell of marijuana as I went to go to the room open the door the room hasn’t even been cleaned, which was A major dealbreaker Also, I didn’t feel safe there either I asked for my money back and I left and went to, a quality hotel where I felt safe and at least the place was clean You get what you pay fthat’s for sure, especially with this place. The lady behind the desk was friendly and nice, but I cannot stay in a place where I don’t feel safe with drug use and Where are the rooms are not even bothered to be cleaned or checked!

I lived at The Vistas for ten months. I felt very safe in the self-contained building, and I appreciated the cleanliness and attention that the staff gave to making it an enjoyable experience overall.
