Rooms are a little old fashioned. Food offerings could be upgraded. Prompt service. Location is directly next to Fort Huachuca and Fry Blvd (a road with many find options). I like this place.

I chose this hotel because they accept pets. The room was clean, and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. There was another review that said it was cold. However, you can adjust the air conditioner, and there are extra blankets in the closet. I would most definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great! I want to start off by saying that the staff there was amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate from making sure we were comfortable and that our needs were met! I had originally booked Party room for a birthday at their sister hotel unfortunately it didn’t work out. Justin, who is the manager at the other location went out of his way contacted Gateway Studios, and they just provided the most excellent customer service I’ve ever had in a hotel! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Our 3 night stay was beyond expectations! Super friendly, welcoming and smiling staff. Our 3rd floor king bedroom was large+ and very comfortable. Quiet at night. Partial mountain views.The kitchenette was a real plus, too. The included breakfast was the standard fare but the evening soup, salad and certain drinks was a novelty we'd never experienced.
Good location for golf courses.
Highly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

I love this hotel. Everytime I come here I have a great time, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are a very generous staff also. I appreciate the hospitality, the rooms are extremely clean hot water always, and the best german restaurant right behind within walking distance..literally 30ft away. AMAZING!

What a gem! Excellent customer service, big comfy beds, big rooms with seating areas and kitchenettes, nice big hot breakfasts, nightly happy hour with free food and drinks. Great coffee. Early check-ins, late check outs. Can’t say enough about what a nice experience they create here. The front desk staff is awesome and very accommodating. The older gentleman working the front desk night shift saw me eating in the lobby last night and came over and offered a beverage to go with my meal. Kudos to the team, you guys rock!

I stayed with my work collegues over a week period. The rooms were excellent and always well serviced. The staff were very helpful and freindly and catered to our every need. The happy hour is amzing and honestly we couldn't ask for more!|Of note I left my laptop there before returning to New Zealand. One phonecall to Tracy and it was all sorted and she was able to help facillitate its return to me in Auckland. I highly recommend staying here.
