This place is amazing. Morgan worked on getting me a approved loan clear til the evening and made it happen. I was approved before I even came in. It took longer to test drive the car than to sign the papers for it. I was in and out extremely fast and with an amazing interest rate. Super glad I went with them. We went in with three of my children to test drive one day and they were very friendly and very professional. Morgan was amazing with my with my children. I would recommend going there to buy a vehicle, great choices of vehicles. They are no where near pushy and very honest with the vehicles. We are extremely happy with our tundra and suburban. Bob was amazing doing the finalizing process. We will definitely be going back if we decide to get another vehicle in the future!

Let me start off my saying Darrell H is absolutely AMAZING!!! My son and I had shown up 15 minutes before closing, not realizing they closed so early, but Darrell told me no worries and took amazing care of me and my family!!! All the way from showing us the vehicle I came to see, going over the vehicle, letting us test drive, then lining everything up with the finance manager and making it to where we were in and out within 30 minutes after I said we were going to buy the truck in cash tonight!!! I cannot thank everyone at 101 Auto Outlet enough and an even BIGGER THANK YOU to Darrell!! Thank you for helping me buy my 16 year old his first Truck!!! A great purchase experience. I generally avoid large dealerships as smaller organizations usually offer a better and smoother experience. 101 Auto Outlet was no exception. Brian was great to work with and helped me in achieving my goal of a second vehicle with better fuel mileage than the Jeep I normally drive. Bob made the paperwork quick and painless.
